Certifications

We are certified through independent third-party assessors to demonstrate that our quality work is at the forefront.

In 1996, we achieved our first quality certification (ISO9001), and since 2004, we have also maintained BRC certification to uphold the highest food safety standards.

Moreover, we offer products according to several different standards such as Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance (for more information, visit kockens.se), Eko/KRAV as well as ‘From Sweden’ certifications. We also provide gluten-free products that meet the requirements set by the Swedish Celiac Association and AOECS.

Quality Assurance

Quality is central to everything we do. All raw materials undergo a thorough risk assessment to analyze the potential for adulteration while checking chemical, microbiological, and sensory properties. Our quality control laboratory experts ensure that each product meets our stringent standards through comprehensive sampling and analysis.

We implement a unique control program for every raw material and finished product. Products are only released after all analyses have been completed and approved.
